Due to overwhelming responses, stay-In registration for Metamorphosis 2011 is now closed, but there is a Non Stay-In option which is now opened for registration until 15 Dec. Please sign up fast! Limited spaces available! Below are the rates for Non stay-in registrations.
Registration Fee (Non Stay-In):
26th & 27th Dec (Mon & Tue): $50 per day (with meals)
28th Dec (Wed): Free admission (meals NOT provided)
*Registration fees are inclusive of GST.
Terms and Conditions
- Registration will only be confirmed when we receive your completed online form and the full payment of conference fee (by cash or cheque) by the valid date.
- Completed indemnity forms are required for ALL conferees. Conferees that are under 21 years old would require a parent/guardian to sign the form.
- You will be notified by email when we have received your conference fee. It is important to ensure that the email address given is valid. Further details about your registration or announcements will be made via email.
- Fees paid are non-refundable.
